1 What is IPTV?

Our service is compatible with a wide range of devices: Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Android TV), smartphones and tablets (iOS and Android), Fire Stick and Fire TV, Android boxes, computers (Windows and Mac), as well as IPTV boxes. You can enjoy your subscription on any device that supports an IPTV app.
3 What subscription durations are available?
We offer two subscription plans: 12 months for 65 euros and 24 months for 100 euros. These prices include full access to our catalog of channels, movies, and series, as well as customer support and automatic updates.
4 What streaming quality is offered?
We offer content in different qualities depending on source availability: SD, HD, Full HD, and 4K. Playback quality also depends on your internet connection. For optimal HD experience, a speed of 10 Mbps is recommended. For 4K, plan for at least 25 Mbps.
5 What internet connection is required?
To enjoy the service in good conditions, we recommend a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps for HD. A wired connection (Ethernet) is preferable to avoid interruptions, although Wi-Fi works very well with a good signal.
6 How long does it take to activate my subscription?
Your subscription is activated instantly after your order is confirmed. You will receive your login credentials by email or WhatsApp within minutes of your payment.
7 Is customer support available?
Yes, our support team is available 7 days a week, from 9am to 11pm (Paris time). You can contact us via WhatsApp or email. We strive to respond to all requests in less than 30 minutes.
8 What should I do if a channel doesn't work?
A channel may occasionally be temporarily unavailable for technical reasons. In this case, try refreshing the channel list in your app. If the problem persists, contact our support specifying the name of the affected channel.
9 Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?
Each subscription is designed for simultaneous use on one device. However, you can install the app on multiple devices and log in alternately. For multi-screen use, contact us to discover our suitable offers.
10 How do I update the channel list?
The channel list update is done automatically in most apps. If you notice missing channels, go to your IPTV app settings and use the refresh or playlist update option.
